Product Availability
Occasionally the demand for a product exceeds our expectations and the item may be out-of-stock at the time the order is placed. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately with an estimated date that this product should become available and give you the option of continuing your order or receiving an immediate full refund.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
To cancel an order, please call us toll-free during our customer service hours.

How do I know my order has been placed?
We’ll send you an e-mail confirming the items you’ve purchased with an order number.

Can I track my order? I'm wondering about my shipping status.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we will send you the tracking number.

Can I return or exchange a product?
